Booking an appointment - what to expect

Please allow 90 minutes for your first consultation, which will include a treatment. It is during this time that we will take notes on your history and plan how best we can help you

The first consultation will cost £75

Subsequent treatments then take up to one hour, although most are complete within 45 minutes.

Ongoing treatments will cost £45

When it comes to the treatments themselves, it's good to eat something in advance; sometimes people do feel light-headed.Though overall you can expect to feel much calmer, more relaxed and many clients feel more optimistic too.

Following your treatment, it's recommended that you relax as much as possible - leave that squash game to another day!
